All orders received will be dispatched 1-3 working days. you will be required to sign for all DELIVERIES. 

uk signed for 1st class (est. 1-2 working days) : £4.95

international tracked service (est. 3-5 working days): £9.95

any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange items bought online or in store within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused saleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in original packaging, and with all original tags still attached. 

please register your return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of item by emailing contact@monoandmono.co.uk. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are strongly packaged.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
